They took a CT scan to check for things like whether I have a deviated septum and the size of the septum. Based on front and side photos taken with my phone, they brought up a 3D model and roughly showed what the before and after would be like. The aftercare is also for 3 years, and the director seemed skilled, so it gave me confidence. Personally, I had a very clear idea of the shape I wanted, so I didn't like the 3D virtual plastic surgery, but it seems they won't necessarily do it exactly that way, so please just use it as a reference for before and after. They pressure you pretty strongly about the deposit.
