I was worried because I saw a review saying the doctor was brutally factual and super T-type, but he explained things slowly, in detail, and kindly! He analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of my current face and explained what kind of nose design would be used to make up for the shortcomings. From the reviews it looked like a flashy line, but after looking at my facial harmony he said a softer line would suit me better, so it seems like they design it nicely according to each patient's face instead of copy-pasting.
