One of the places I consulted because I got hooked by a certain review. My pre-op state was very similar to mine, but after the surgery it was exactly the look I wanted? So when I consulted, I showed them that review, and they remembered it exactly and told me what the difference was between that person and me. For that person, things like skin laxity and thickness were apparently good conditions for surgery. My skin was a bit thin and my nose was more fleshy than that person’s, so they said there would definitely be differences when doing the surgery. I actually liked that they were honest, and it wasn’t that they were saying I was a bad case for surgery either, but more like they were saying they could definitely lift it to the extent I wanted with my own tissue, which I think is why I liked it.
