I went for a consultation because I wanted surgery for an aquiline nose and drooping tip. They took a side-profile photo and printed it out. When I consulted with the director, they drew the expected line and height. We talked, touched my nose, checked my skin type, and they explained the surgery method while drawing it out, so it didn't feel like they were just drawing something pretty at random. They recommended donor costal cartilage, but when I asked about autologous costal cartilage too, they said both would fit well and I could choose whichever direction I wanted.
