(the doctor entering the operating room), 3 minutes in the middle of surgery, and 3 minutes near the end of surgery. If they had said they wouldn't show it, I wouldn't have had the surgery, but they said they would show it and then just showed me a meaningless video, so I'm dumbfounded. I also followed the manager's advice in one part, and I regret it. At another hospital, they told me to do everything, but here the manager told me not to, so I trusted them and didn't do it (my mistake, I admit), and I really regret it. There was no effect from the surgery. To be honest, my face wasn't the kind that could really show an effect, and at other hospital consultations they all said there wouldn't be any, but this place was the only one that said there would be, so I believed them and got it done. Even if the lack of effect is due to my original facial structure, if I do it again, I will absolutely not do it here. And it was the most expensive by far. It wasn't just a little difference; it was really over 500,000 won more than other famous hospitals. I paid that much specifically because I wanted to be treated by the main doctor, but after seeing the CCTV I still don't know who actually did it.
