The consultation manager was so unfriendly and lacked professionalism... I really thought they’d just started a week ago. I completely lost interest, but after consulting with Director Cheon Jeong-hyeon, he was so kind, had great aesthetic sense, and explained everything so well that my mind started to tilt back, since he’s the one who would actually do the surgery... They also charge extra for CCTV, and even if they show it once and then delete it right away, that still feels off. So I asked how much the extra charge would be if I didn’t leave a review, and they said that, especially~, they’d give the same price even without a review. That felt suspicious, so I canceled the reservation, and then they said they’d waive the CCTV extra charge and show it to me anyway... It felt kind of shady. They don’t even take the CT during consultation, only on the day of surgery. It just felt like they were trying to make money in every way, which was uncomfortable. The doctor’s aesthetic sense seems good though.
