They definitely only talk about what is possible and try to explain what isn't as much as they can. If something can't be done, they say clearly that it can't, but if it's ambiguous, they say it's ambiguous and that it might be worth trying, so they give you a choice. I'm not sure whether the price is still the same since it's an old price.
