At that time there was the chief director (Noh Kyung-hwan) and another younger doctor, but the younger one didn't seem to have much surgical experience, so I ended up going with the chief director. With the condition that I write a review, I had front, upper, back, and lower canthoplasty done for 1.8 million won. At that time I only wanted the front canthoplasty, but the doctor said if I was going to do the front, I absolutely had to do the upper as well, so I did it that way. I didn't want the back and lower canthoplasty either, but I ended up doing them because my family pushed me. Even right before the surgery, I felt uneasy for some reason. As expected, the moment it was done, I knew it was ruined. The front-canthoplasty thread was stitched way down near the lower part under my eye, not at the inner corner of the eye, and the lower canthoplasty had a sharp, angular part as if it had been pinched. I have a lot to say about the back canthoplasty too, but compared to these, it wasn't even worth worrying about, so I won't mention it. The upper canthoplasty also caused pigmentation. Anyway, like other plastic surgery clinics, they said it would get better after a few months, and later they said they would give me free scar-injection treatment. Even they must have realized this wasn't right. In the end, even now, 5 years later, nothing has improved at all, and the front canthoplasty even caused strange wrinkles. Wrinkles beside my eye;;... they look even worse in natural light. Now just looking at my eyes stresses me out, so I went to the hospital myself last year. But when I went, as expected, they didn't properly answer what I asked and just kept making excuses. Saying my eyes were always like that, and so on. Honestly, compared to my original eyes, it did improve a lot, but if it was going to improve like this, I wouldn't have done it. I would have rather paid more and gone somewhere where I wouldn't be left with scars.
