I had a consultation with the head director, and it felt like he came in right after finishing surgery. He said I didn't need costal cartilage and that septal cartilage would be enough. He seemed to think the nasal tip was more important than the bridge and focused a lot on correcting the nasolabial angle. The clinic atmosphere had a lot of foreigners and felt a little chaotic.
