I had it done 2 years ago, and they did a good job matching my needs. I asked them to make it natural, and it turned out so natural that people wouldn’t know unless I told them. The feature I get complimented on the most is my nose. My bridge was already high, so they only shaved down the hump a little and elevated the septum, tied the nasal tip cartilage, and I think they did a few more things, but it’s been a while so I don’t remember well. The shape is not 100% to my taste, but looking back, I did ask for it to be as natural as possible and my original nose shape also meant I couldn’t expect a 100% perfect result. My satisfaction is about 80 to 85 out of 100. Even if you say bulbous nose correction can’t be made perfect, there doesn’t seem to be a huge difference from before. But the side profile is pretty, though the front view with the bulbous nose is a little disappointing. If I were recommending it to someone I know, I’d say it’s worth going for a consultation first, but visit a few other places too and then decide.
