But I had already sent my eye photos in advance as a surgery model, and when I got there they were like, "Hmm, your eyes are more difficult than expected?" and said they would do non-incisional surgery. After consulting around several places, my eyes were absolutely a case for incision surgery. There was no place that said they could do it non-incision, and they said fat grafting on the upper eyelid was necessary. But I think they suggested non-incisional surgery because I was going as a surgery model and they were thinking short term. If they do it non-incision, who knows when I'd have to get a revision for the double crease again. Of course the swelling would be less and it would look prettier at first. If they really thought about my eyes for the long term, I don't think non-incisional surgery is the right choice.
