Neither the consultation manager nor the director were kind. The front desk and the nurses were kind instead. But it seems like they don’t even check patient identities. When wiping off the anesthetic cream, they said to me, 'You’re Ms. 000, right?' (that was another patient’s name).. If they hadn’t asked, I was horrified thinking they might have injected filler based on that other person. The procedure itself was satisfying.. it was good value for money.
