I had a consultation with Director Cheon about eye revision surgery, and the director was very thorough and answered my questions really kindly. I think it would be better to go in with a lot of questions prepared. The parts they caught first made me think they were very attentive. But I think the consultation manager needs to be changed, haha. Before explaining the estimate, she said nothing at all, didn’t start talking first, and just stared at me in silence (I was like, what am I supposed to do about that). When explaining the price, she stumbled so much that I honestly wondered if she was just negotiating on the spot herself (I was really taken aback). At the part where she explained the price while going, “Um~...,” my trust in the clinic dropped so much. Did she not even know the price? She was thinking it over while writing it down... it was really like, huh?; (She suddenly explained that some things were exclusive of VAT, too, only after I asked.) I didn’t show it, but I’m someone who has visited many clinics in person... From her tone alone, she kept making it obvious that I was a nuisance and kept trying to lecture me, which made me feel really annoyed. I hope she fixes that tone of sounding bothered and dismissive~ Again, the doctor’s consultation was really useful. Thank you for being honest.
