The doctor was kind and explained things in detail. I liked that it felt like they looked at my eyes very carefully. It seemed like they prefer a natural result. The office manager also did not pressure me to pay a deposit or anything like that. There was no fixed aftercare, and I found it interesting that the doctor said they would monitor my progress and add whatever was needed.
