I went there because the blog said I could do a simple alar lowering or alar lifting. But they said my nostrils were too exposed and upturned, so it couldn't be done simply; they said I should get full nose surgery, and because it was expensive I ruled it out, but the consultation was tailored exactly to my nose, so I'm thinking about it. The hospital I went to before just showed the manager a bunch of noses that looked good, regardless of my own nose shape, but here the doctor showed me many cases of people who had nose surgery similar to mine. Rather than saying the shape would be extremely beautiful, they honestly said this is about how much is realistically possible. But even that much seems good to me, so I'm planning to make a reservation. The manager wasn't pushy, but they said if I decide within this week they'll give a discount, so I need to check my schedule.
