At the hospital I had visited just before this, they recommended an in-out line, and when I mentioned that, they firmly said that would require an incision, which actually made me trust them more. After the surgeon consultation, the manager told me the price and so on, and after stating the original natural adhesion cost and the ptosis correction cost, they gave the total, but here they said natural adhesion was on some kind of promotion, so it was discounted, And then VAT gets added to this total, which is how that price is formed; Forget expensive or cheap, I've consulted at several places by now and I've still never seen prices broken down to the won like that, so it felt kind of tacky.
