I got a consultation for a re-revision surgery, and this place uses costal cartilage a lot, but the plan here was not to use costal cartilage. I went with expectations. They told me clearly what was realistically impossible and recommended methods that could be applied to me within what they’re good at. Since re-revision surgery requires careful consideration, I’m not sure if I’ll actually do it here, but the facility is good, the staff are kind, and the doctor’s explanation made me feel like it was worth coming. I want to get one more consultation later and then decide.
