It was Director Lee Han-byeol, and he was extremely calm, kind, and professional. I didn’t know anything about eye surgery, so I asked a ton of questions, and he answered all of them kindly and clearly said what could be done and what couldn’t. The other staff all seemed nice, but my assigned coordinator felt a little like, what is this at first. She wasn’t extremely warm, but she was still okay.
