I went in for a consultation about revision surgery for a crooked nose, and I really liked that they gave me clear limits and options. They weren’t rude, but they also didn’t promise anything impossible. It was textbook consultation. If this had been my first surgery, I’d probably have trusted them with it, but looking at the expected outcome, I figured that for this price and that result... it would be better to invest elsewhere. (The doctor actually gave me options for that reason.) Bonus points for being able to get a rough idea of my face shape in advance!
