I’m not usually very sensitive about kindness, but... the consultation ended really quickly, and when I asked questions, it was obvious they were getting annoyed. They said, ‘If I keep talking about this, it’ll get too long...’ and told me to ask the rest to the consultation director instead... I left without being able to ask all my questions about the surgical method. Even if you only listen to the surgeon’s explanation, it sounds like an enormous operation. I can’t help but think the consultation fee is too expensive for that... I went to about 6 other places, and this was the first time I was given a surgical plan that felt this much like reconstruction...
