I talked with the manager first, then had a consultation with the director. The manager also has experience, so maybe that's why they explained everything so thoroughly. From the start of making my shortlist, this place attracted me the most, and after the consultation I was sure of it. The director definitely has a good aesthetic sense and doesn't push excessively. They looked at my whole face and the details very carefully, and understood all the parts I was worried about and paying attention to. Everyone will be different, but for me the conversation went so well. I was debating a lot between this place and a tibial osteotomy method at another hospital, but I decided on this one.
