I was moved that they even had something like a welcome kit during the consultation. The manager and the doctor were both kind, and I think I asked a lot of questions, but they explained things well for a long time. But at other hospitals they said I didn't have to do something if I didn't want to, while here they said I had to do it no matter what, and that felt a bit off.
