First of all, Dr. Gyrak is very honest. While I was there about my nose, I also asked about my eyes, and he said to go to an eye-specialty hospital for the eyes lol. In the consultation, he recommended bridge osteotomy + about 1 mm of silicone in the bridge, and donated costal cartilage. I found a lot of other reviews, and it seems he prefers donated costal cartilage. He also seemed very confident in his own surgery. When I asked about side effects, he said it happens to about one in 100 people.
