Not unfriendly, but not super friendly either.. Just the level of politeness you’d expect in the most basic human interaction. Friendliness isn’t what determines the result of surgery, so it doesn’t matter, but consultation expertise was very low. They barely looked at my condition, and were very casual about both the surgery I wanted and the surgery I actually needed. There wasn’t enough explanation to make it convincing. There was no explanation of the surgery process either. It was basically, do it if you want, don’t if you don’t. When I asked about side effects, the attitude was like, “I’ve never had that happen, but since you’re asking, I’ll answer you~.” But I had asked about side effects because I saw them in the reviews for this clinic, so I was like, huh..? Still, I had already decided after reading the reviews that I’d book this clinic, but after the consultation I actually worried more.. The fixed-price policy is nice. At least I didn’t have to play a power game with the manager.
