5 or 6 years ago I had fat grafting under my eyes and to my forehead, and at this late hour I suddenly got emotional again, so I looked up the clinic I had surgery at and decided to leave a review. Back then, when the doctor said I didn’t really need to do the forehead and I was unnecessarily disappointed, I said, “You could do under the eyes, though?” to the manager... They said it was an area where the fat doesn’t really take well, so even if I did it, people probably wouldn’t notice. Just thinking about the money I’ve spent trying to fix it now, I think it’s well over 10 million won. I was too young and didn’t research properly before jumping into it, so I regret myself so much, and I resent that manager so much. I thought it was just going to be a little bit under the eyes, but who knows what they put in, because it seems like they extended it all the way to my cheekbones. As time went on it sagged like a hook, and the fat took so well that there was no thought of going away. As soon as I gained even a little weight, my cheekbones got bigger and heavier like crazy. It was exactly a hook shape connected all the way to the cheekbones! If I had known that gaining weight would also make the grafted area bigger, I would never have done it. It’s one of the most regrettable surgeries of my life, number one. I’m so angry that I wish I could go back and undo time. I looked into removal surgery several times, but they said it could get worse, so I kept trying to press it down and lift the sagging areas with various procedures. Money aside, I’m exhausted from these ongoing procedures. These days it seems like a lot of people are getting liposuction, but I do not recommend fat grafting. Especially under the eyes. It’s the worst surgery.
