When I looked up reviews, I really liked the nose shape, but I only wanted to use the septum and ear cartilage. To prevent the nose from dropping later, they recommended donor rib cartilage. They said they would avoid using it as much as possible if I didn't want it, but if they opened the nose and found donor rib cartilage was needed, they would use it. That's what bothered me the mostㅜ Instead, they said to leave some of the hump and shave it down a bit so it stays natural. When I looked up reviews, I often saw mentions of inflammation, so I'm worried.
