The surgery turned out well, but getting aftercare here is like trying to pluck stars from the sky.. It has been 3 years since my surgery, and although I live in the countryside, I've still never been able to get scar laser treatment once. It's hard to book a time every time; other than that, the surgery went well. What I remember most is that on the day of surgery, I had a consultation and surgery on the same day without a separate consultation first, and on that day both the director and the manager were so kind, asking how I was feeling. They said they only do surgery on two patients a day, so maybe because of that, it didn't feel like they were rushed for time, and it felt like I had a quiet, smooth surgery.
