I heard the director trained at Brown, so I thought they were specialized in nose surgery. I was worried because I had previously gotten a non-dissolving permanent filler in my nose, but they said they were confident about granuloma removal too. That part drew me in, but the director's aesthetic sense seemed different from what I pursue, so I didn't go through with it because of that. I wanted an extremely natural look, to the point that it wouldn't look like I'd had surgery, and the director's idea of naturalness seemed to mean something natural enough that your eyes wouldn't feel uncomfortable even though you'd had surgery.
