The director brutally called it like it is.. They answered every question until my doubts were cleared up and explained everything in detail, which I really liked. Still, they do seem to push the deposit pretty strongly, and if you don't go ahead with surgery, the consultation is the last one, so that was a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ Since it's such a major surgery, I wish they would do one more consultation..
