I was really surprised by the hospital facilities. Maybe because I'd been to other hospitals with flashy, polished interiors, this place really felt like an old cafe? The staff at the front desk were extremely unfriendly, and the manager pressured me hard about the reservation deposit and interviewed me like I was being investigated. The doctor was easygoing and, just as I'd heard, understood the problems with my face well, but the price is way too high. I want to have surgery, but I don't want to do it while being treated like that, so I'm torn.
