They mix informal and polite speech and seem to be in such a hurry for some reason. Even after the consultation, I still didn't really understand. I went because I saw them on YouTube, but it was below expectations. The hospital facilities are very cramped. And the front-desk staff are the worst. "Open your eyes properly" was rude and made me angry. Both the director and the staff... wow.
