The staff and the consultation manager were really kind, which left a strong impression on me. I went on the first time slot on a weekend, so there was almost no waiting. The CT scan was free too. Before I even brought it up, the director pinpointed exactly what the problem with my nose was, which was amazing. They said my septum was very deviated, so it would be weak, and that they would use donated rib cartilage together with it. I was hesitant about donated rib cartilage, but hearing the reason along with it made sense. They also didn’t recommend unnecessary surgery. Because my bridge is high, they said not to put in silicone, and that leaving a bit of the hump would make it look more natural. And the consultation manager... I hadn’t taken notes, so I kept asking again and again, but they answered kindly without getting annoyed even once. So for now, I put down a deposit!
