Right from the start, they spoke informally... Suddenly while talking about the nose, they brought up facial liposuction, and then suddenly took the previous hospital's side, and the gaslighting was insane. The director seems weird, beyond just having a bad personality. They also don't communicate well, so I feel like they wouldn't make the shape I want, and if I'm not satisfied with the surgery result, they might blame me, lol.
