Not recommended. If you’re just going to keep people waiting, why even have a reservation time? They can’t even communicate with each other properly. They left me sitting in a room telling me to wait, then 30 minutes later called some other person’s name, like “Ms. So-and-so~” and brought them in. What are they even doing, seriously? The facility also felt like a neighborhood dermatology clinic. The director wasn’t exactly rude, but it felt like I didn’t have any say in anything. I felt like I was just listening to a lecture. From the reviews, it seems they say the same thing to other people too. I did like that they prioritize volume, but the casual way they spoke to me and the weirdly strong confidence felt off for some reason. If I get surgery, my nose will spread, but since I already have a naturally wide nose it won’t show, so it’s fine, they said. I never even brought up my nose, but the manager chimed in too and said I’d need nose surgery anyway, seriously ridiculous. I asked whether CCTV footage could be reviewed, and they said it’s not something they just show by default, they only show it if there’s a problem, but they’ve never had that happen, so I thought about skipping them. For orthognathic surgery, the square jaw is included, and with the chin and cheekbones as a partial-disclosure condition, it was 17.6 million won in cash, 19.8 million split half by card, with a 500,000 won deposit. They pressured me into a deposit. I said I’d go consult other places and think again, and they kept pushing the regular price, asking if I’d do it for 26 million won instead. In the end I left after putting down a deposit, but when I said I wanted a refund, they took my card number and the refund still hadn’t gone in by day 6, so when I contacted them they only then processed the cancellation. Ugh.
