The doctor was really cheerful, but I think the managers need to be retrained. They said, 'You have to put down a deposit today to get this price, you must do it,' so I put down a 10% deposit, but after seeing some bad posts I wanted to think about it more and cancel the next day. Then they deducted 10% again and gave it back to me, and said I wouldn't be able to book at the hospital again from then on. I liked the doctor's friendly manner, but because of the managers I won't go there..
