I went for a consultation because this place is famous as a clinic that does natural results without implants. The director gave a very thorough consultation. They showed me the CT and explained that this is how it would look during surgery. They also touched my nose directly and explained the bone structure of my nose, which helped me understand why the right and left sides are different. However, every additional item adds 500,000 won. For functional nose surgery, they said rhinitis isn't covered and only septal deviation is. Other places said both rhinitis and septal deviation apply, so I'm torn. The explanations were really detailed, though.
