I had surgery a few years ago, and the coordinator wasn’t particularly unfriendly or friendly, just average. More than anything else, the waiting time was long even back then. I think I waited about 30 to 40 minutes past my appointment time. When I consulted with the director, I brought photos of the line I wanted and eye shapes I liked and explained them, and she adjusted it for me quite a few times. So I decided to go ahead with the surgery, but on the day of surgery they quickly set the line in the operating room and proceeded without showing it to me. After the surgery, I lived with the result and was reasonably satisfied, but I never felt the director was especially meticulous, and the aftercare was just so-so, so if I ever have a revision, I don’t think I’d do it here.
