First of all, the manager was kind and made people feel at ease. I also liked that they only talked about things other than surgery and let me discuss the surgical part only with the doctor. The consultation with the doctor was the best among all the contouring consultations I’ve had so far. He was kind, but beyond that, what impressed me most was how professional the consultation was and how he explained things in a way that was easy for the patient to understand. And before I even asked questions, the doctor first went into detail about the overall surgery and the concerns patients usually have during surgery, which I liked. He also answered follow-up questions in detail, giving examples and explaining other patients’ cases. The before-and-after photos he showed were good too, and I liked the consultation, so I left a deposit and booked.
