I had under-eye fat repositioning done before. The surgery went well; the surgery itself was done well, but the manager was perfunctory and the staff at the time were also unfriendly. They charged me 100,000 won extra, and I asked for a refund, but they only did it after I called three times. Their service was not great. It has been over 5 years now, and I am satisfied that it has not recurred.
