I went in for a consultation, and they were kind on the phone, but when I actually went there I didn’t really feel that they were especially friendly. The consultation took neither a long nor a short time, and since it’s such a famous clinic I had high expectations, but I couldn’t really trust it, so I didn’t make a reservation.
