The consultation was with the head coordinator, not the surgeon. The kindness and professionalism were decent, and it seemed to be the most reasonable price among the other hospitals. I didn't consult with the surgeon, so I can't say for sure, but overall it felt a bit factory-like, and at the same time like there was a certain level of stability.
