When I first had the surgery, it was in 2015, back when the clinic was in Apgujeong. The clinic was small then, but when I visited again later for another surgery, I was a little surprised that it had grown so much and started to feel like a factory. Sure enough, as the clinic got bigger, I saw staff members I had never seen before, and they couldn’t even find my chart properly. I wasn’t even a nose surgery patient, but when I went in to check my progress after surgery, they brought me the chart for another patient who had had nose surgery; that was disappointing.
