I enjoyed the consultation time with the director. I remember laughing and having a fun consultation. Especially, the consultation manager treated me comfortably like a friend, so that consultation day stayed with me as a good memory. The director seemed very confident about the surgery, and that looked good to me. It felt like they were willing to adjust things in the direction I wanted!
