It was crowded because they also do various procedures besides surgery. Because of that, I also felt like people who actually needed surgery had to wait a long time. The waiting room was full, and one person even complained to a coordinator, asking why it was taking so long. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was thankfully able to get a consultation. The order was director consultation - lead director consultation - director consultation. The director seemed extremely busy and looked tired. I was a little upset, but the consultation with the manager afterward eased my mood a lot. It was my last clinic visit for comparison, and when I said that, they seemed not to want to lose me and took an active approach, which I liked in its own way. Even though there was no discount because it was the chief director's surgery, they said they would give me some discount anyway. They also let me put down a small reservation deposit and promised a 100% refund even if I changed my mind, being very casual about it. Usually, if the director lacks skill, the staff do not show that kind of confidence. It was unexpected, so I left a deposit. It was a clinic with a clear split between the parts that left a bad impression and the parts that were good. But honestly, as long as the surgery turns out well, it does not matter whether the director looked tired or whether the waiting time was long. So I'm trying to think positively.
