I went on time, but it was chaotic and they kept making me wait without calling me. Someone who arrived after me even went in first. When I asked when my turn would come, they finally hurried to prepare the consultation. The director spent more time talking than the doctor did. The doctor, who had been waiting around, looked tired and did the consultation for less than 5 minutes in a rather careless way, which put me in a bad mood. For the final part, they told me to talk with the manager, so I waited in the room, but after a long while the manager still never came, and I got very angry and just said I was going home. Ugh.
