This is the place where I had a consultation for redoing my double eyelids last winter. Director Lee Kyung-mook has a good personality and is straightforward. He doesn't come across as authoritarian and feels friendly, listens well to what the patient wants, and doesn't push procedures unnecessarily. Everything was good, but the hospital was so chaotic, like a street market, and even though I had a reservation, I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I could meet the director. Maybe it was even worse because I visited during peak season. If you're going, make sure to leave plenty of time for waiting. Honestly, I put it on hold because the consultation with the manager made the surgery fee feel higher than I expected, but I liked the director's consultation enough that I feel like I might have done it here if I had negotiated a little off that price. The only thing is that I couldn't see many before-and-after photos, so that's a bit of a concern too.
