I went for a consultation because I really liked the nose shape I saw in the reviews. The hospital is really big, and since it takes up an entire building, if I exaggerate a little it felt like a university hospital. I liked that the waiting chairs had partitions, so you didn't sit right next to the person beside you. The director's consultation was extremely detailed. He drew the nose shape and explained it while talking. When I showed photos of the parts I wanted and made my requests, it didn't feel like a casual "yeah, everything can be done" response. He explained in a way that was easy to understand, combining the shape-related features and the surgery method, saying that compared with my current nose, some parts of the nose I wanted might be hard to achieve, and that this part could be made by using costal cartilage and other materials in this way. That was the part I felt was the best. The review-worthy shape aspect plus the director's consultation definitely seem like the main draws here.
