Even though I had made a reservation, I ended up waiting an hour and only barely got the consultation, which was disappointing. It was during an event period so the price was extremely cheap, but the consultation did not really clear up my questions as much as other places did. The manager also just came in after the consultation with the director was over and finished things up..
