The wait time was insane. The consultation itself was short, but from waiting until the consultation ended, it took over 3 hours. I went after confirming that I would be the first consultation slot after the director's surgery, but other people were seen first. (If the consultation wait time looks like it will get long, complain about it and they will speed things up.) While I was in the middle of a consultation with the director, he said he had to go home to see another client and just left. The director speaks in a semi-formal, slightly casual style. The consultation manager was good. Honestly, for me, what the consultation manager said was more realistic than the director's consultation, so it was more helpful. But they said the price is more than double depending on whether there is a promotion or not. They did not tell me the exact price when there was no promotion. That part was strange...
