First of all, the manager was really, really, really kind. It was Manager Lee Hana, and there was something I needed to discuss with my parents, so while talking about that, the manager even said first that same-day booking would be difficult, thought from my perspective, and treated me comfortably, which I really liked. But I was actually a little disappointed with the director consultation. It was Director Lee Kyung-mook, and because he’s so famous and it’s hard to book with him, I had high expectations, but somehow... I felt like he was treating me like just one of many people passing through..? Honestly, I know that’s probably normal, but how should I put it... maybe it’s just his style, but he felt a bit too casual...? So that was just how I felt..ㅎㅎ
